4. Intellectual Property

6. Termination

– Termination: Either party may terminate the contract in accordance with the termination provisions outlined in the contract.
– Consequences: Termination may result in payment obligations, return of materials, and other specified consequences as per the contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

– Exclusions: We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, except where prohibited by law.
