As an Indian social activist, she has made significant contributions through her role as the founder and president of the Gravittus Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged children and women in Maharashtra. Her commitment to social causes is further demonstrated by her position as an advisory board member of the Service Learning Center at Symbiosis and her life membership with the Pune International Centre.
